Kickoff Conference
Airbnb hosted /dev/color for the 2-day kickoff retreat for their newest cohort.
/dev /color is a global career accelerator for Black software engineers, technologists, and executives. Each year they bring together a cohort to connect and support one another towared their career goals.

Hosted at Airbnb SF headquarters, I worked with Airbnb and /Dev/Color to produce the kick-off retreat for the newest cohort of /dev/colors engineers. a two day conference for the A* (“A Stars”) to meet and connect.
Day 1 started with a Happy Hour, meet and greet. An evening of networking activities with prizes and a chance for the engineers to meet the /dev/color team and get to know the program.
Day 2 kicked of with a welcome breakfast and went right into 12 breakout sessions throughout the day. I worked closely with /dev/color to activate activities that set squads and partners up for long term success, provided training for facilitators and fostered overall trust.
